EVH Finance provided a £66.9 million facility for the development of Timber Yard in Birmingham. The development is located in the Chinese Quarter of Birmingham, just a short walk distance from the city center. The project is spread on 331,019 square feet and includes 379 residential units, as well as commercial space. The loan was completed in December 2020.
